Corset dress development in China
Review the inside of the dress as carefully as the silhouette.
When choosing a corset dress manufacturer in China, the key question is how the structure supports your intended fit. PIPK develops custom patterns from your sketch or references, then checks the bodice, drape and embellishment together in the sample.
Bodice and boning
Agree bust, underbust and waist measurements, neckline and support requirements. Review panel shaping, boning type and placement, channels, cups where required and closure position in the prototype.
Lining and skin contact
Check the lining, seam allowances, channel ends and inside finish for comfort and bulk. Review opacity and movement with the actual outer fabric; a clean exterior alone is not enough to approve the dress.
Drape and ruching
Set the direction, depth and anchoring points of pleats or gathers on the pattern and sample. Review balance and neckline stability on the intended fit model, including sitting and arm movement.
Beadwork and embroidery
Approve a detail trial for colour, scale, density and attachment before full embellishment. Check its weight, seam clearances and contact with lining, and agree handling and attachment checks for production.

Eveningwear order terms
Start with one sample before deciding on bulk production.
PIPK's eveningwear terms as of 9 September 2026 are below. Sample development fees can be credited against the bulk order, with the deduction recorded in your quotation. The development quotation confirms the design scope and identifies any separate custom material, artwork or trim-development charges.
50 piecesPer style and colour for eveningwear, subject to the selected fabric and trim suppliers' minimums.
RMB 2,000Evening dress sample development per style. Other garment categories retain their standard style-based sample pricing.
Two roundsMinor adjustments to the agreed design are included. Major pattern redevelopment or further adjustment rounds are quoted separately before work starts.
Custom beaded fabric, jacquard, special dyeing, embroidery or exclusive hardware may require a larger material order than 50 dresses consume. We confirm the minimums, costs and available alternatives before production. Sample timing is quoted for the actual construction and materials; dense handwork or custom fabric development can take longer than standard sampling.
Fitting and final approval
Approve support, movement and decoration together.
Send one consolidated fitting report with front, side and back views, measurements and inside-detail photographs. We record corrections against the current pattern and sample version.
Fit corrections
Review bust support, waist position, neckline coverage, closure and length. Distinguish a minor correction from a new silhouette or construction that requires a new pattern.
Written production approval
Confirm fit, final fabric and colour, lining, support, beadwork map, attachments and finishing, plus labels and packing. Resolve prototype substitutions before signing off; photos alone do not establish every internal detail.
