Our production environment
Pepke Trading Co., Ltd. has factories in Nancun, Panyu, Guangzhou and Huanggang, Hubei Province, with a total area of 2,500 square meters. The Guangzhou factory (1,300 square meters) has offices, sample rooms, pattern rooms, sewing areas, cutting areas and tailoring areas; the Hubei factory (1,200 square meters) has offices, sewing workshops, cutting areas and tailoring areas. OEM Business
- OEM is commonly known as "OEM", that is, the customer designs the clothing products and we are responsible for the production of the products
- Support 7-day fast proofing. Customers provide clothing design drawings and sales, and we are responsible for proofing, raw material procurement and mass production. We have strong production capacity and advanced clothing equipment to meet the OEM needs of different customers.
- OEM is tailor-made for the brand, and the product only uses the brand's logo and company name

ODM business
- ODM is commonly known as "OEM", which means that the customer proposes product requirements and ideas, and we are responsible for designing drawings, producing physical products, and affixing the customer's brand
- ODM is a combination of design and production. We have strong design and development capabilities and maintain regular new models every month
- We design our own styles. If the customer has any ideas about our designs, we can cooperate with the customer to make adjustments, such as: using the customer's brand logo for OEM design or adjusting the design draft for mass production
- ODM business process: We provide design styles - customers choose styles - make patterns according to customer requirements - customers place orders - receive deposits - arrange production - finished product shipments - settle payments
Contract business
- The FOB model is also called the labor and material package, which means that we are responsible for the entire process from purchasing fabrics, processing and production to finishing.
- The labor and material package is also equivalent to the all-inclusive model. Customers only need to explain their requirements to us, and we will purchase fabrics and check the process with other cooperative manufacturers.
- If the customer is a clothing novice, it is best to choose the labor and material package cooperation. We have rich experience and material resources and can tailor the best products for customers.
- The business process of the labor and material package: the customer provides paper patterns or samples or pictures - make patterns - quote - customer orders - receive deposits - produce bulk goods - ship finished products - settle the payment
Processing business
- Processing with supplied materials: also known as clear processing, it means that the customer prepares all the fabrics and accessories and gives them to us for sample or bulk production. We only charge the corresponding processing fee.
- If the customer has high requirements for the fabrics and accessories, or has a fixed cooperative merchant, then processing with supplied materials can also be selected.
- Processing with supplied materials is determined by the customer to use the fabrics and accessories and craftsmanship. We only execute according to the customer's needs. There is no communication time cost for the intermediate fabrics and craftsmanship.
- Processing with supplied materials business process: the customer provides the fabrics and accessories and paper samples - we produce according to the customer's requirements - the finished product is shipped - the payment is settled
